This contract applies without restriction or reservation to all sales concluded between the seller Libitibitou sarlau with a capital of 100,000 dhs, whose registered office is at 99 derb jdid bab doukkala 40,000 Marrakech Morocco, under the Commercial Register number 115563, called "the company" and the Internet user wishing to make a purchase called "the customer" from Libititbitou– on the website www.libitiishop.com , or via pages dedicated to libitii on social networks.

The general conditions of sale can be modified at any time without notice by the company. The customer is therefore invited to read it before each order.

The  general conditions  of sale stipulated on the site prevail over any other document.

Terms and Conditions Online ordering process

The ordering process consists of the following steps.

> The customer selects the product he wishes to acquire.

> The customer accesses his virtual shopping cart.

> The customer is invited to create a customer account or to log in to his customer account if he already has one.

> The customer fills out a form containing the information necessary for his identification and the processing of his order: title, first name, last name, postal address, delivery address, telephone number, email address and other information if applicable.

> The customer chooses the delivery methods. He is informed of the amount of the delivery costs.

> The customer accesses the summary of his order. He is invited to check his order, in order to identify any errors that could have been made in the data entry.

> The customer validates his order by clicking on the button provided for this purpose. The order is then transmitted to the company.

> The customer is invited to choose his payment method and then proceed to the online payment on a secure page.

> The order is firm when the company receives payment from the customer.

> The company acknowledges receipt of the order by sending the customer an e-mail containing a copy of the order.

Essential characteristics of the products

Under terms and conditions essential characteristics of the products are described in the sheets published on the site. Note that these are handmade products that may have irregularities.

Product prices

The prices of the products are indicated on the site in euros or in American dollars. The prices indicated are exclusive of Taxes. The prices do not take into account any taxes and customs duties that are imposed when the package reaches its destination.

Delivery

We are based in Morocco and deliver all over the world. Note that customs fees may be applied depending on the country of residence of the customer. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The delivery time is approximately 15 days unless otherwise stated.

The delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated on the site. They depend on: the characteristics of the product, the place of delivery, as well as the mode and delivery time selected by the customer. The amount of the delivery costs is indicated to the customer during the ordering process, before the validation of the order.

The customer must formulate any possible reservation at the time of delivery.

Means of payment

The following payment methods are offered: paypal, transfer. In case of transfer, the customer will be invited to contact the company, which will send him the RIB in order to make the transfer. During this period of time (maximum 72 hours), the company undertakes to set aside the items selected by the customer.

Right of withdrawal

The consumer has a right of withdraw. This right can be exercised within fourteen days of receipt of the goods by the consumer or the third party designated by him. The consumer who wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal must inform the company by sending him, within the specified period, an explicit email.

The consumer who has validly exercised his right of withdrawal must return the goods to the company or to the person it may designate, without undue delay and, at the latest, within fourteen days of communication of his decision to withdraw. The consumer undertakes to bear the direct costs of sending and returning the goods. The consumer may be held liable in the event of depreciation of the returned good resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the good.

When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the company reimburses the consumer for all the sums paid, except for the delivery costs. The refund takes place without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the company is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw. However, if the good has not been received by the expiration of this period, the company may defer the refund until the recovery of the good or until the consumer has provided proof of the shipment of the good, the date chosen being that of the first of these facts. The refund takes place using the same means of payment as that used by the consumer for the initial transaction unless the consumer expressly agrees to use another means of payment.

Judicial recourse

These terms and conditions of sale are governed by Moroccan law. For all disputes relating to this contract between LIBITIBITOU and a customer, the Commercial Court of Marrakech will have sole jurisdiction
