Order :

Your orders are processed from Monday to Friday within 1 - 5 days.

You will receive a summary email with the details of your order as well as your invoice confirming your purchase.

Payment :

​PayPal Only, for transfers, the customer will be invited to contact us, and we will transmit the RIB in order to make the transfer. During this period of time (maximum 48 hours), we undertake to set aside the ordered items.

Delivery costs vary depending on weight, size, and destination

VIA AMANA POST OFFICE: 10 to 14 working days

For your order tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for your package. ​

Customs fees :

Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers. We are not responsible for extended delays due to customs services (Europe does not charge for a purchase of less than 150 euros).
