Exchange :
A product that you are not satisfied with can be returned within 14 days date of receipt as proof at your expense to our warehouse: BX-LOGISTIQUE Avenue Maurice Boukay 70180 Dampierre sur salon. Upon receipt of the item(s) in good condition, we will issue a refund within 7 days.
We do not offer refunds, only a voucher valid for a period of 1 year You have a period of 14 days after receipt of your order to request a return of your purchases.

To start a return, you can contact us at libitiishop@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items that are sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

The return costs as well as any re-importation taxes are the responsibility of the customer, unless the products received are damaged.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. In case of approval, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
